Founded in 1974 by Jan Schardam the company has developed from a insulation company for the food-processing industry into a full-blown construction specialist supplying complete buildings from the foundation up. Foundations are most of the time made by local contractor but are based on Schardam's design.
The same contractor often supplies the labour for the installation of the steel structure, the panel work and the doors.

Today the company has between 5 and 10 people in the office and a similar amount in the field. For larger projects cooperations are made with specialists who work with us on a regular basis.
